Positive aspects of the process- I think that considering I slacked off, lost most my actors, then gained new actors, then changed my theme/genre/ the whole movie, I believe it went a lot better than I expected it to go. I'm quite happy with how it all turned out to be honest.
Steps in the process that could have been done better- Wish I had been on task and gotten everything done a heck of a lot sooner. Would have saved me a lot of stress. I also wish I had thought out who exactly I wanted to be in my film instead of thinking "yeah they'd be good at it!" then seeing they lost interest in the end. Would have been good if I got the main idea out of the way first.
Strategies suggested to achieve this- if I had gotten my ass into gear.. (excuse my language..) If I wasn't so careless and had myself thinking that it was a simple task so it wont matter if I don't start it straight away.. I was careless and I wished I wasn't. If there's ever a next time.. I'll start the film and planning straight away.
Some evaluation of how these changes to the production process may have affected the media product- If I had begun to plan etc from the very beginning, I would have had a much better outcome. It wouldnt have been as rushed, and the idea in the movie and of the movie would have a lot more depth in it. I would have added music either at the beginning or end of the film. All in all If I gave myself more time to do this film (which we had a long time to do) I would have produced a MUCH better film in my opinion. But With the time I had left, I think I did okay. And at the very least..I got it done! Thank God. Now it's all up to you markers.
